Great Location

Well placed for sightseeing and a lazy holiday. The villa is in nestled in a very quiet pine clad residential area and enjoys privacy and quiet.

However, it is in a great position to visit beaches and explore. The wonderful sandy beach bay at Cala En Porter is a 5 minute drive. This resort has plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars and ice-cream parlours and a family of ducks who make the beach their home! The beach bay is gently shelving crystal clear water and is a popular family beach.
Walk down to the Es Canutells bay from the villa and you will find a rocky cove with pre-historic caves. This was home to pre-historic Menorquians and is still popular with the local fisherman. There are more pre-historic sites including standing stones (mini version of stone henge) and burial chambers within a 10 minute drive of the villa making Menorca a UNESCO world heritage site.

A 10 minute drive will also bring you to the capital Mahon centred around the second deepest harbour in the world where you can pick up a boat tour of the harbour, see houses of the rich and famous and enjoy the excellent restaurants along the port front. Make time for a visit to the Gin distillery and try a pomada (gin and lemon), shop in the boutique stores and weekly market.
Menorca has hundreds of beaches and coves to enjoy some of them very secluded. The beaches in Menorca are known in Spain as the Paradise beaches with many white sand coves with turqoiuse water backed by pine trees.

Exterior

The villa has a large secluded grass garden with sun bathing terraces around the pool. There is a shaded seating/dining area overlooking the pool with a bar and stool, so bring someone who will mix the sunbathers´ drinks!
There is plenty of space in the garden for charging about or just chillin´.
Off road parking is available.

Interior

The villa is a comfortable Menorquian style farmhouse with living area overlooking the terrace and pool. There is a modern, separate kitchen.
The house is all on one level and there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shower room.
